All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery.
For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. Hand-signed sports memorabilia may not be returned after 30 days under any circumstances. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please do so by contacting Whiteridge(Holland Corp.) via the e-mail address provided. Further specific instructions will be given within 1-3 business days. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Otherwise, the return claim may be automatically rejected and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
